Liposuction

Liposuction is the most commonly performed aesthetic surgical procedure for body contouring.

This technique involves the removal of fat from the reserve fat layers.

Liposuction is not typically performed in the subcutaneous fat layer where cellulite originates, mainly because of the secondary effects that can occur with treating this layer such as profuse bleeding, swelling and scarring.

In cases where liposuction involves the removal of large quantities of reserve fat, it can sometimes worsen the appearance of cellulite.

Endermologie

Endermologie involves the use of a motorized device with two adjustable rollers and controlled suction, which creates a symmetrical skin-fold.

The skin folds and unfolds under the continuous action of the rollers allowing for smooth and regulated deep tissue mobilization.

Endermologie normally needs from 10 to 20 treatments to be effective and one or two treatments a month are necessary to maintain results.

Without the maintaining treatments, results will disappears very rapidly.
